Men's Health and Fitness, Diet and Exercise, and Muscle Building Programs

Being an avid exercise junkie, I am always on the lookout for really good exercise programs. I've looked at a lot of programs being offered on the internet, and there seems to be a huge amount of programs for sale that are the same old diets that have been available for years. Very few of them actually work, and if you do manage to lose weight with them, it is either pure luck or only temporary. The programs that I have here are somewhat different. They promote exercise and whole life dietary advice that can make you feel so much better about yourself that you will want to exercise and change your diet to a more healthy way of living. I have tried most of them myself, except for the ones targeted specifically at women, and they are all very good programs. I have convinced some female friends to try the women's programs, and they were able to achieve some amazing results as well. I am currently using the Muscle Gaining Secrets program offered by Jason Ferruggia, and have made very good progress with it. I used Mike Geary's Truth About Abs program first, and went from a chunky 210 lbs. down to a trim 175 lbs. I highly recommend both of these programs.
